Operations Delivery Lead

About The Role

We are hiring an Operations Lead to manage iCareer’s full on-ground and training operations. You will lead a team of Operations Specialists responsible for executing events, training activities, and job seeker-facing operations. This role requires strong leadership, structured execution, and the ability to run smooth, high-volume operational workflows while ensuring a consistent and high-quality learner experience across all programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Operations Specialists responsible for on-ground and training execution.
• Oversee all event and training logistics including venues, schedules, trainers, attendance, and on-site setup.
• Manage the job seeker journey, ensuring clear communication from enrollment to completion.
• Build, document, and enforce standard operating procedures across the operations team.
• Ensure projects meet their beneficiary targets, timelines, and delivery KPIs.
• Manage trainer and vendor relationships, ensuring high service standards and smooth coordination.
• Track operational budgets and drive cost efficiency across activities.
• Monitor performance, resolve on-ground challenges, and ensure high-quality execution.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on operations experience in training, education, events, or similar field-execution environments.
• Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience managing on-ground teams.
• Strong experience handling logistics, events, coordination, and multi-stakeholder operations.
• Ability to set clear standards and ensure team adherence.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or Trello is preferred.
• Call center exposure is a plus.
• Project management certifications or training are a plus.
