Operations Director

Role Purpose:

The Operations Director serves as the strategic driver of operations, ensuring seamless integration across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain. The role focuses on delivering efficient order fulfillment, optimizing resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Ensure efficient manufacturing and production performance

• Oversee order fulfillment from start to delivery

• Maintain high QHSE and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred)

• 15+ years of experience in industrial operations

• • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and Lean Six Sigma
