Operations & Documentation Coordinator

Gateway Gulf Group of Companies is looking for Operations & Documentation Coordinator who have 3/4 years experience in vehicle documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process vehicle gate passes and access permits for ADNOC onshore/offshore sites.
  • Handle ADNOC documentation requirements including vehicle registration, insurance, driver licenses, training certificates, and compliance records.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet ADNOC technical, safety, and branding requirements prior to site entry.
  • Monitor expiry dates for vehicle passes and related documents; initiate timely renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, HSE, logistics, PRO) to collect required approvals and supporting documents.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, ADNOC standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or related degree.
  • Minimum 4 years experience with ADNOC standards.
  • Able to handle workload.
