We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to oversee elevator and escalator projects, ensuring smooth execution from installation to maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, operational leadership, and a strong ability to manage site teams while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Supervise daily operations for elevator and escalator projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor installation, commissioning, and maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues onsite.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor resource allocation, project costs, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in elevator and escalator operations (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of installation, commissioning, and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and international standards.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
