Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Engineer to manage the day-to-day manufacturing activities, oversee the coordination between departments, and ensure on-time and on-budget execution of metalwork projects. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow from drawing release to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise workshop operations including cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing

· Coordinate across design, estimation, procurement, production, and site teams

· Develop and maintain production schedules, material flow, and manpower allocation

· Monitor job progress and ensure milestone adherence

· Troubleshoot production delays and enforce corrective actions

· Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with ISO or project-specific quality standards

· Collaborate with project engineers and foremen for on-site execution

· Lead daily operations meetings and maintain operational reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering

· 3–6 years of experience in metal fabrication or architectural metal work

· Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes (sheet metal, welding, polishing, powder coating)

· Ability to lead teams, manage tight schedules, and coordinate multiple projects

· Excellent communication and team management skills
