Production Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee the sandwich panel manufacturing process. The role involves managing manpower, machinery, and materials to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily/weekly production to meet targets.
• Control production costs and optimize efficiency.
• Manage workforce scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure machinery maintenance, safety, and quality compliance.
• Implement quality control and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Prepare reports and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing (preferred).
• Proven experience in production management, ideally in sandwich panels or construction materials.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production software and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
