Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage vehicles, delivery challans, and E-way bills.

Coordinate with packers, supervisors, and internal departments.

Maintain an up-to-date database of logistics options for regularly used routes.

Resolve issues related to transportation or vendors.

Collaborate with other departments on cost management and vendor invoices.

Maintain MIS reports (including stock reports, documents, PODs, and vehicles).

Review all operational activities on a daily and monthly basis to identify and eliminate risks or losses to the company.

Prepare monthly profit & loss statements for vehicles.

Conduct surveys, estimate movement costs, track actual costs, and manage end-to-end move operations including pre-alerts and document couriers.

Handle packing operations and project sites.

Proactively follow up for surveys and align teams for major customers.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and record/data maintenance.

Key Skills:

Must be a graduate

Should have experience of at least 3 years into packers-movers industry

Good Communication skills

Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, including compulsory expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Text-to-Columns functions.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
