Job Title: Operations & Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels, plan stock requirements, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Work closely with the production team to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and distributors for on-time delivery.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track KPIs for supply chain performance and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation for audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing/consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
