Job Title: Operations Executive – Business Setup Services

Location: [Sharjah]
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end business setup processes, including company registration, licensing, visa applications, and government approvals.
  • Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and related agencies to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of business setup regulations, compliance requirements, and process changes.
  • Handle client documentation, contracts, and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide operational support to the sales and customer service teams to deliver excellent client experiences.
  • Track and monitor applications, renewals, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a business setup or corporate services company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
