Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee the daily company operations. The role requires someone with strong organizational skills, the ability to optimize processes, and the drive to ensure efficiency across all departments. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, managing resources, and supporting the company’s growth and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of company operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Implement strategies to streamline workflows, boost productivity, and minimize costs.
• Ensure effective allocation and utilization of staff, inventory, and equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics, admin, etc.) and external partners for seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to company standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and implement improvements.
• Prepare and present clear operational reports, highlighting progress, results, and areas for improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Driver’s License is a MUST; having a car is preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years in an operations or related role (UAE experience preferred).
• ⁠Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
