Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Operations and Service Engineer to manage daily operational efficiency and provide exceptional service support to clients. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless plant/process operations while also addressing customer issues, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting technical problems onsite or remotely.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and minimal downtime.
• Perform root-cause analysis of operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, Quality, Supply Chain) to support operational goals.
• Use data analytics and KPIs to drive performance improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
