Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Process Management
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee end-to-end workflow management across departments to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
- Standardize procedures, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Resource & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to achieve operational excellence.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and financial resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Drive performance management, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Manage relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Evaluate vendor performance and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational metrics, prepare performance dashboards, and present insights to management.
- Forecast operational requirements and support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
Customer Experience & Stakeholder Communication
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries, effective coordination, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, finance, logistics) for smooth event and exhibition operations.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Enforce adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.
- Monitor compliance with safety, procurement, and financial protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10–12 years of progressive experience in operations, administration, or event management — preferably within exhibitions, conferences, or service industries.
- Proven track record of team leadership, vendor management, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Certification in Project Management
