Key Responsibilities:
- Order & Dispatch Management
- Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and update records regularly.
- Assist in stock planning to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Work with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Identify and onboard better vendors/logistics partners as required.
- Process & Documentation
- Maintain proper documentation for orders, invoices, and dispatches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
- Team Coordination
- Support operations manager in handling warehouse/office staff.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and customer service teams for smooth workflow.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Generate daily/weekly reports on operations, orders, and dispatch status.
- Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
