Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Operations Executive to join our logistics team.
You will help in daily shipment coordination, documentation, and communication with clients and shipping lines.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the freight and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments (sea / air / land)
• Prepare and check shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL, etc.)
• Communicate with clients, shipping lines, and customs agents
• Track and update shipment status in system
• Assist in handling booking, delivery orders, and customs paperwork
• Support operations team in day-to-day office tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preferably Business or Commerce)
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics field
• Punctual, responsible, and good at teamwork
• Previous internship or experience in logistics is a plus (not mandatory)
