About the Role:

We are looking for a B2B Operations Executive – Forward to manage end-to-end operational activities including PO processing, dispatch management, and GRN matching. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in eCommerce operations and strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Purchase Order (PO) processing and ensure timely coordination with internal and external teams.
• Manage dispatch operations, track shipments, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Perform GRN (Goods Received Note) matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update daily reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
• Ensure all B2B orders are processed accurately and in compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce operations (preferably in B2B segment).
• Strong knowledge of PO, dispatch, and GRN processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel – must know VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Must be a Graduate.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
