The Role

In this role, operations means everything that happens after the contract is signed-onboarding, customer success, and support. As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring restaurant partners succeed on the platform. You'll spend much of your time on-site with restaurant partners: coordinating their go-live, training staff, and providing hands on support during service.

This is a field based, client facing role where you'll build strong relationships with restaurants, solve problems on the ground, and ensure every partner has a great experience. It's a fast paced opportunity to be at the heart of their growth while learning the ins and outs of scaling operations at a high growth tech startup.

Working hours: To support restaurant partners during service, the team works on a late start ( 11:00) and late finish ( 20:00). Preferred but not essential: Sunday to Thursday.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Onboarding
  • Schedule and manage merchant onboardings in your assigned area/city.
  • Train restaurant staff on site, virtually, and over the phone to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Account Management & Support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Conduct regular visits and "mystery shops" to ensure staff remain confident in using the product.
  • Handle merchant queries quickly and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and support processes.
  • Work with regional/global operations and tech teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Product Feedback
  • Share insights from the field with Product and Tech teams.
  • Test new features and provide practical feedback to improve functionality.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, client facing, or hospitality roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; analytical mindset is a plus.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and eager to hustle to get things done.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - excited to contribute to a growing startup and make a visible impact.
