Role Summary
The Operations Executive ensures smooth daily operations at RISH STAY’s executive properties, aiming for exceptional guest experiences. The role covers everything from handling guest inquiries to coordinating check-ins, site visits, and checkouts, plus the overall running of the stay facility.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations at RISH STAY executive properties, ensuring premium service delivery

Handle guest inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins; provide accurate information and timely support

Organize and conduct site visits for prospective guests, showcasing property features and amenities

Oversee guest onboarding, check-ins, and checkouts, ensuring seamless processes
-
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other support teams for routine operations and guest requirements

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property

Address guest concerns or issues quickly and professionally to maximize satisfaction

Track occupancy, monitor supplies and inventories, and report key metrics to management

Assist in vendor coordination and support events or special requirements as needed
Requirements
-
Graduate degree preferred; hospitality or business background an advantage
-
1–3 years’ experience in hospitality, guest services, property management, or similar fields
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace); experience with guest management software a plus

Friendly, solution-oriented attitude
-
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to operational emergencies
