Key responsibilities include preparing and processing all necessary documentation, coordinating with shipping companies and customs brokers, arranging freight transport, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, and resolving shipment issues. They must also stay updated on international trade regulations, monitor market trends, manage budgets, and work to optimize the supply chain for cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
