Operations Executive – Automotive Industry

Job Summary

The Operations Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating daily operational activities within the automotive business, ensuring smooth workflow across departments such as sales, service, logistics, and vehicle delivery. The role requires strong knowledge of automotive operations, dealership processes, and customer service management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Coordination

  • Oversee daily operations related to vehicle sales, service, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, logistics, and procurement teams.
  • Ensure smooth workflow between departments to maintain operational efficiency.

2. Vehicle Inventory & Logistics

  • Monitor vehicle inventory and stock levels.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, transfers, and documentation.
  • Track vehicle movement from suppliers to showroom or customer.

3. Service & Customer Support

  • Support service operations and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle status, service updates, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow-up processes.

4. Process & Performance Management

  • Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Improve operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce delays.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and automotive industry standards.

5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain vehicle documentation including registration, insurance, and delivery records.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive regulations and company procedures.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations
  • Understanding of vehicle logistics and inventory management
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and automotive management systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in automotive industry operations
  • Experience working with car dealerships, automotive distributors, or service centers

Preferred Experience

· Vehicle inventory management

· Automotive sales or service coordination

· Fleet or logistics management

· Automotive ERP or dealership management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
