Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer service escalations from clients, respond to queries via calls and emails, send quotations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Build strong client relationships by ensuring adequate interactions across customer hierarchy levels to anticipate their needs.
- Oversee Import and Export operations; coordinate with international agents, exporters, forwarders, shipping lines, and Customs House Agents (CHAs) to ensure smooth cargo operations.
- Prepare and manage complete sets of export-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, Bills of Lading (BL), and Air Waybills (AWB).
- Coordinate closely with Logistics and Freight Forwarding agents for scheduling and booking shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
- Manage all pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams including planning, packing, dispatch, accounts, and delivery to ensure timely shipment dispatches and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings or grow business within existing and returning client accounts.
- Maintain all shipment documentation on Google Drive and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence related to export operations.
Share daily operational status reports with stakeholders and support strategic goals by proactively identifying solutions and improvements.
- Undertake any other relevant duties or responsibilities assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
