Operations Executive (Medical Insurance)

Department: Operations / Sales Support
Location: Offshore (Remote)
Reporting To: Sales Team Lead / Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our Sales
Advisors in the Medical Insurance division. The role involves efficiently coordinating with
insurance providers, preparing accurate and competitive quotes, and ensuring a seamless
workflow that enhances the sales team’s productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quotation Management
    • Promptly approach insurance companies to obtain medical insurance quotes.
    • Analyze, compare, and prepare accurate quotations in line with client requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and insurer underwriting policies.
  • Sales Support
    • Assist Sales Advisors by preparing and delivering quotations within agreed timelines.
    • Provide accurate product information, benefit illustrations, and policy comparisons.
    • Coordinate with insurers for clarifications, endorsements, and special requests.
  • Process & Documentation
    • Maintain organized records of quotes, correspondence, and insurer communications.
    • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
    • o Update internal systems with quotation details and policy status.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Act as a point of contact between Sales Advisors and insurance providers.
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with insurer representatives.
    • Follow up with insurers to ensure timely responses and avoid delays.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably medical
insurance in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance products, providers, and market practices.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
