Job Summary:
The Executive will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs and administrative functions within the NGO. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about social impact and capable of managing both field-level and office-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Support:
- Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with field staff, beneficiaries, and partner organizations.
- Conduct field visits and prepare reports on program activities.
- Collect and analyze data for program evaluation.
Administrative & Operations:
- Maintain documentation, reports, and filing systems.
- Support day-to-day office operations including procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and training sessions.
Communication & Reporting:
- Draft project reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, donors, and beneficiaries.
- Support social media and digital communication initiatives.
Fundraising & Donor Engagement (if applicable):
- Assist in writing grant proposals and donor reports.
- Maintain donor database and communication logs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field. (Master’s preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in development/nonprofit sector (internships may be considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language, if required).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to field locations as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
