Operations Executive – (Night Shift)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and support night shift operations for our U.S.-based facilities from our back-office center. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong remote coordination abilities, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. This position involves monitoring overnight operations, managing vendor coordination, addressing escalations, and ensuring seamless workflows during non-business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor night shift operations for U.S. facilities remotely to ensure uninterrupted business functions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage maintenance and operational tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Respond promptly to issues and emergencies, providing timely updates and implementing effective resolutions.
• Maintain and update internal systems by tracking, managing, and closing work orders, along with keeping accurate shift records.
• Prepare comprehensive end-of-shift reports summarizing activities, incidents, and pending matters for smooth handovers.
• Evaluate vendor performance against service agreements, budgets, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in time-sensitive situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations coordination, facilities management, or night shift operations.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, operational systems, and safety compliance standards.
