Operations Executive (Transportation) (Raiwind Road)

Job Description :

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

ü Execute daily dispatch plans as per customer demand

ü Arrange vehicles accordingly

ü Handle CP project shortages and return stock

ü Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve operational matters

ü Communicate with customers to address any operational issues

ü Manage timely loading/offloading and maintain records

ü Coordinate with vendors for vehicle deployment and execution

ü Follow up on timely billing and CP audit verification

ü Prepare transportation billing reports and monthly reconciliation

ü Compile monthly offloading expense reports (owned/vendor vehicles)

ü Prepare and verify vendor bills and update vendor fuel rate adjustment reports

ü Collect PODs/receivings and align them with activity reports for audits

ü Coordinate with CP audit team for transportation billing verification

Qualification: Bachelor's.

Experience: 1 Year

Salary : Market Competitive.
