Job Title: Operations & Finance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Operations & Finance Manager to oversee our day-to-day financial operations while also supporting internal business operations and office management.
This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—owning core financial processes while helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with leadership and play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and financial clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, invoicing, payroll coordination)
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
Assist with monthly and year-end close processes
Support budgeting and basic financial forecasting
Coordinate with external CPA/accounting partners as needed
Monitor cash flow and help track key financial metrics
Operations & Office Management
Oversee general office operations, vendors, and supplies
Support internal processes and improve operational workflows
Assist with HR-related administration (onboarding, benefits coordination, documentation)
Manage company subscriptions, contracts, and administrative systems
Help coordinate internal communications and team logistics
Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or a similar role
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of responsibilities
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, similar)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
Experience in a small or growing business environment
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis
Familiarity with HR or people operations processes
AIA Billing Experience

Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 -$130,000 Annual Salary
