We’re a fast-moving software company building multiple SaaS products (LightningOS, MedCo, AIQL, SerialPlotter, and more).

We’re looking for a  smart, organized, reliable  operations assistant to support outreach, content, research, and day-to-day business execution.

This is a structured, detail-oriented role focused on  getting things done  — not sales, not high-level strategy, not marketing theory.

What You Will Do
Outreach & Content Operations
  • Manage LinkedIn content scheduling and formatting
  • Send outreach messages (templates provided)
  • Handle first-touch replies and book calls
  • Prepare and organize case studies, PDFs, and one-pagers
Organization & Execution
  • Maintain CRM pipelines (HubSpot)
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and communication
  • Keep documentation organized in Notion, Google Drive, and Sheets
  • Clean up and maintain online brand assets
Research & Lead Handling
  • Research companies and decision-makers
  • Build and enrich lead lists
  • Maintain a clean and accurate database
Admin & Support
  • Help prepare proposals and presentations
  • Document processes and build internal playbooks
  • Assist the founder with operational tasks to keep projects moving
This Role Is NOT
  • Not sales or closing
  • Not negotiation
  • Not high-level marketing
  • Not a senior role
  • Not creative-only work
  • Not suitable for people who need constant supervision

This is an  operations + execution  role.

Requirements
  • Very good English (B2–C1)
  • Strong writing and communication
  • Fast learner
  • High attention to detail
  • Can follow structured instructions
  • Comfortable with reaching out to people online
  • Familiarity with:
  • LinkedIn
  • HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Google Workspace
  • Sheets / Excel
  • Notion (bonus)
  • Apollo/Snov (bonus)
