Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive - Operations to join our team across the Middle East. The role focuses on supporting the General Manager (Operations) in managing and optimising operations within our trading company and manufacturing units in KSA and UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager (Operations) in managing day-to-day operations for seamless functionality across multiple branches.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity within trading, fabrication, and industrial works sectors.
• Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet business objectives.
• Monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement quality control measures.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses to inform strategic decisions and improve operational processes.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior operations role, preferably in hardware, building materials, or related industries.

Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage complex logistics.

Communication: Excellent communication and leadership capabilities essential for cross-functional team collaboration.

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
