About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing real-time operations, and working closely with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in handling rider escalations, supporting new tech implementations, and ensuring data accuracy across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Rider Escalation Management

Handle and resolve rider-related issues and queries in real time.

Coordinate with on-ground teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Document escalations and ensure follow-ups until closure.

2️⃣ Implementation of New Tech Developments

Assist in deploying new product or tech features across hubs.

Coordinate with Product/Tech teams for testing, feedback, and rollout.

Train riders or on-ground teams on newly launched processes or tools.

3️⃣ Data Correction & Compilation

Collect, validate, and correct operational data on a daily/weekly basis.

Maintain accurate records using Excel/Google Sheets.

Support analytics and reporting by compiling operational insights.

4️⃣ Daily Business Operations

Support day-to-day tasks at hubs and ensure process adherence.

Monitor operational metrics and report deviations promptly.

Assist in achieving SLA and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree (any field; preference for business/operations/logistics).

Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to handle field operations and work in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative attitude with willingness to learn.
