Overview:
The Operations & Inventory Intern will assist the E-Commerce and Operations teams with ERP updates, product listing coordination, inventory tracking, and database management. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn business processes, and interested in gaining practical experience in e-commerce operations.
- Assist in updating and maintaining product and stock details in the ERP system.
- Support in checking stock discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely product and inventory updates.
- Help prepare and upload product details to online platforms.
- Ensure product data (titles, descriptions, prices, and stock) are correct and up to date.
- Assist in cross-checking listings with supplier and internal records.
- Maintain Excel-based inventory and product tracking sheets.
- Regularly update internal records to support reporting and analysis.
- Ensure data consistency between manual and ERP records.
- Support daily coordination with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Perform other operational or administrative tasks assigned by the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and general computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Eager to learn ERP and e-commerce systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
