Operations Lead

Role:

We are seeking a mid-level, detail-oriented and proactive Operations Lead to support our operations team in managing client and supplier engagements. The resource is expected to have high time management skills, very well structured, can handle several tasks, can deal with multiple internal stakeholders and manage them accordingly. This role is based in Dubai and will be responsible for preparing contracts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management

• Prepare campaign contracts using Ariba and Q;Be tools.
• Liaise with Controllership , Legal , and Compliance teams to ensure contracts are finalized and signed promptly.

Purchase Order (PO) Management

• Raise and process Purchase Orders for supplier engagements.
• Track PO approvals and ensure timely vendor payments.

Operational Excellence & Optimization

• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all contracts and POs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in any relevant field.
• Proven experience in contract administration or procurement support.
• Familiarity with Ariba , Q;Be , or similar contract management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
