About the Job:

Position/Title

Operations Lead

Purpose of Function

Own and drive the Order to Cash process from PO receipt to Final Acceptance, ensuring on-time delivery, faster acceptance, improved cash collection, and clear coordination across teams and customers.

Position Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or any related field, and Experience

• Experience in Order to Cash, Operations and Order Management 5-8 Years
• Hands-on ownership from PO receipt to delivery and Final Acceptance 5-8 Years

Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications

• Lean / Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) is an addition
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an addition
• Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Service, Logistics, and Finance
• Understanding of cash flow, DSO, and invoicing processes
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., Navision)
