Operations & Logistics Coordinator – Luxury Custom Furniture (REMOTE)

Arditi Collection® (www.arditicollection.com) is a luxury furniture brand specializing in high-end, custom-designed pieces for elite clients across North America. We are seeking a highly organized Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage our post-sales logistics—from international container shipments to local last-mile deliveries in the U.S.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate container shipments from Turkey to the United States, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
• Manage customs clearance processes and liaise with freight forwarders and shipping companies.
• Oversee warehouse intake procedures in the U.S. and ensure inventory is properly recorded and stored.
• Plan and monitor last-mile deliveries from our U.S. warehouse to end clients across North America.
• Resolve any post-delivery issues such as product damage, missing items, or installation coordination.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines, installation updates, or service resolutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and design team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery experiences.
• Maintain and optimize operational workflows for better efficiency and client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in logistics, international shipping, or supply chain coordination.
✅ Strong communication skills in English (B2-C1 level minimum – written and spoken).
✅ Knowledge of U.S. import processes and documentation requirements.
✅ Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple shipments and follow-ups simultaneously.
✅ Familiarity with warehouse processes and last-mile delivery systems in the U.S.
✅ Proactive approach to problem-solving, especially in time-sensitive or service-critical situations.
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable working with project management tools and CRMs.
✅ Experience in furniture or home goods logistics is a plus.
✅ Must have a reliable personal computer and internet connection.
