Regional Logistics Manager (Eurasia)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• +10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong leadership with a positive track record of managing direct and indirect reports.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics operations, logistics budgeting, inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem solve skills.
• Profiency in English (written and spoken); Russian is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task management work effectively unde and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Having experience working in Eurasian countries will be a plus.
• Customer oriented and high communication skills.
• Strong communication with other departments.

Job Description

• Establishing logistics processes in new markets in Eurasia.
• Responsible for all regional operations and KPI, SLA tracking and stock counts.
• Ensuring that the Logistics KPIs align with the targets.
• Solid understanding of logistics contracts, managing tenders, negotiations, and oversee vendor performance.
• To ensure that the optimum cost in logistics operations in Eurasia.
• Managing multiple countries of logistics budget.
• Making long and short-term warehouse assessments and creating new options if needed.
