Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Strategic Planning:Formulating and implementing operational strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Process Improvement:Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Team Management:Hiring, training, supervising, and motivating a team of employees to achieve operational goals.
  • Resource Management:Managing budgets, allocating resources, and optimizing the use of materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Quality Control:Ensuring that products or services meet quality standards and that processes adhere to regulations and best practices.
  • Supply Chain Management:Overseeing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Performance Monitoring:Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conflict Resolution:Addressing conflicts within the team and resolving issues with customers or suppliers.
  • Compliance:Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communication:Effectively communicating with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
