Role Overview
We are hiring an
Operations Manager
to oversee
day-to-day operations
and ensure the smooth functioning of the Ikramia platform. You will be responsible for
process optimization, merchant onboarding, customer support, and cross-team coordination
.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily platform operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

Oversee merchant onboarding and provide guidance to new clients.

Work closely with the marketing and development teams to improve the platform.

Develop and monitor
operational KPIs
to measure success and efficiency.

Resolve escalated issues from merchants and customers quickly and effectively.
-
Prepare weekly performance and progress reports for the leadership team.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.

Minimum
2–3 years of experience
in operations management or startup environments.

Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
-
Knowledge of
SaaS operations
or
customer success management
is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in
English and Arabic
