Purpose:-Support admin for analysis and monitor process as per NABH quality indicators

Reports to:-Director

Job Specification:

Education:- Masters in Health Care Or Hospital Administration

Experience:-Min 2+ to 6 yrs

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Meets with department (superiors & subordinates) and HODs on a regular basis to discuss process and trackers with action plans.

The department includes: Front office, Customer management, All support departments (LAB, Radiology etc), Doctor/ Consultant management, Facilities, Transport, Pharmacy Stores, Laundry and F&B (if any).

The scope of this work would include:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Provide administrative support and be a single point contact for Operations related reports and statutes and Governance.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to ensure the hospital remains financially viable. Consolidate expense tracker month end for Finance.
  • Stock management: Mange inventory and purchase requirements. Monitor the process in Pharmacy stores in coordination with the Managing Team and audit department.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure that the hospital complies with all healthcare regulations and standards, including those set by the Joint Commission and CMS.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Lead and mentor hospital staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Patient Conversions: Coordinate the conversions on daily basis in coordination with the Team. Monitor and consolidate daily trackers like OPD trackers for conversions and diagnostic/ procedure/ follow up trackers.
  • Patient Experience: Monitor patient satisfaction levels and develop strategies to improve the overall patient experience.
  • Reporting: Daily checklists/ trackers of respective areas, consolidation of trackers for respective areas. Monitor cost on daily basis as per budget and track cost optimisation on daily basis, weekly basis and prepare analysis on monthly basis. Consolidate Weekly updates, BRM for Management. Build new SOPs, WI for Operations. Amend SOPs, WI in coordination with Management Team.
  • Team Coordination: Organize EVENTS /CME / WORKSHOPS in coordination with Marketing. In charge to coordinate requirements for In-house and outdoor activities in coordination with Marketing and the concerned
  • Attends meetings pertinent to the area of responsibility, professionally providing input and data as needed.
  • Provides a consistent focus on achievement of overall performance objectives, targets and drives accountability.
  • Perform tasks as assigned for operational efficiency and smooth functioning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
