Operations Manager

India

Administrative & Operational Activities

  • Handle company registrations, licenses, permits, and renewal processes on time.
  • Manage drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance for all agreements.
  • Ensure timely submission and renewal of all compliance-related documents
  • Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management tasks.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports for operational activities.

Departmental Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between various departments for smooth operational flow.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of inter-departmental issues.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for administrative tasks.

Compliance & Liaisoning

  • Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and external stakeholders for regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety protocols.

Process Improvement & Monitoring

  • Suggest and implement process improvements for efficient administrative operations.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources for various operational tasks.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Ex-Serviceman with strong discipline, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, registration & renewal processes.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
