Administrative & Operational Activities
- Handle company registrations, licenses, permits, and renewal processes on time.
- Manage drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance for all agreements.
- Ensure timely submission and renewal of all compliance-related documents
- Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management tasks.
- Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports for operational activities.
Departmental Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between various departments for smooth operational flow.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of inter-departmental issues.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for administrative tasks.
Compliance & Liaisoning
- Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and external stakeholders for regulatory and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety protocols.
Process Improvement & Monitoring
- Suggest and implement process improvements for efficient administrative operations.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources for various operational tasks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Ex-Serviceman with strong discipline, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, registration & renewal processes.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
