About the Role:

A senior operations manager will be responsible for Maintaining and improving the operations by monitoring system performance and identifying and resolving problems. Meeting financial targets by estimating performance requirements and preparing annual budgets. Also will be presenting monthly and annual action plans and objectives, playing a critical role in ensuring efficiency, productivity, and overall success.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and improve operational performance by monitoring system performance and identifying and resolving problems.
• Motivate and effectively performance manage Operations Managers within the account to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's overall goals.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Meet financial targets by estimating performance requirements and preparing annual budgets.
• Monitor and control cost to ensure profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly and annual action plans and objectives to ensure ensuring efficiency, productivity, and overall success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year Experience working as an Operations Manager in an outsourcing or contact center operation.
• Excellent command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level.
• Target oriented and able to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
