Role Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and maintain high standards of service and quality. This role will play a key part in driving operational efficiency and supporting the growth of our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, finance) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee operational budgets, supplier relationships, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or administrative management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Saudi business practices is preferred.
