Operations Manager

Role Objective:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pharmacy Business Operations Manager who will act as the single point of contact (POC) for all pharmacy and product business operations. The ideal candidate will not only oversee inventory and day-to-day activities but also drive process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Pharmacy & Product Business Oversight

· Manage pharmacy operations across multiple locations (HO & Branch).

· Ensure seamless e-commerce order fulfillment and customer experience.

· Guide pharmacists and support staff in daily execution.

Process Improvement & ROI Focus

· Identify bottlenecks and implement changes that deliver measurable savings and revenue uplift.

· Reduce expiry losses, improve working capital cycles, and streamline procurement.

· Introduce SOPs, dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms for efficiency.

Sales & Growth Enablement

· Work with management to push repeat orders, cross-sells, and bundled sales.

· Monitor product movement and recommend strategies for top-line growth.

Leadership & People Management

· Act as mentor/guide for all pharmacists.

· Ensure discipline, accountability, and continuous skill-building.

· Be the bridge between ground-level operations and management vision.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Graduate in Pharmacy / Healthcare / Supply Chain / Business Admin (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

· 4–7 years’ experience in retail pharmacy chains, healthcare e-commerce, hospital pharmacy management, or FMCG/retail operations.

· Strong skills in inventory control, vendor coordination, MIS reporting, and process improvement.

· Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — not just execution, but someone who constantly looks for “how can we do this better.”

1. % reduction in expiry/wastage.

2. % improvement in repeat orders / refill capture.

3. Cost savings via vendor negotiation & stock management.

4. On-time, error-free order fulfilment.

5. Team performance (pharmacist productivity, zero downtime).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
