Operations Manager

we are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team at Aesthetics lab by tibbi. The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Here's a breakdown of their key responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability
• Team Management: Supervise and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal performance and engagement
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, track inventory movements, and forecast needs accurately
• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures, monitor production KPIs, and enhance customer service quality
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize resource utilization
• Process Improvement: Analyze business workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes
• Compliance: Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in related field (Operation & Admin Manager).
• Proficiency in Ms Excel/ Powerpoint (or similar tools).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
