Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth performance, maintain high service standards, manage staff efficiently, and enhance the overall guest experience while supporting business growth.

Key Requirements:

• Regional Experience: Proven Middle East/GCC hospitality experience.
• Industry Background: Luxury hotel groups, or Upscale/luxury restaurant chains.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in relevant operational management
• Specialization: Fine dining expertise. Multi-outlet and multi-concept operations.
• Core Responsibilities: Managing multiple locations, launching and opening new outlets. Directing full-service operations in high-end restaurant environments.
• Leadership Skills: Strong track record in people management, strategic execution, and operational excellence.
