Operations Manager

supplai is Saudi Arabia’s fastest-growing cold-chain LTL logistics platform, helping F&B and FMCG businesses ship per pallet with full truckload speed, reduced costs, and no warehousing, all through a seamless digital experience. 

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and scale our on-ground operations in Riyadh. This role is pivotal to ensuring operational excellence, building strong carrier and client relationships, and driving efficiencies that directly impact growth and profitability. The Operations Manager will oversee a team of Operations Champions, while working closely with our aispace platform and cross-functional teams to align operations with the company’s broader objectives.

• Lead and supervise the Operations Champions and aispace Admin team, providing guidance, coaching, and support in daily operations.
• Manage and strengthen carrier relationships, onboard new routes and carriers, and ensure efficient use of carrier capacity to maximize supplai’s net revenue profitability.
• Oversee the accurate and timely entry of route information, vehicle details, and driver profiles into the aispace platform in coordination with the admin team.
• Ensure client satisfaction by supporting Operations Champions in resolving order fulfillment issues and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Develop and execute strategies to scale operations, including expansion into new cities in line with company growth plans.
• Monitor and analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure operational requirements are reflected in new features and improvements.
• Drive a culture of efficiency, accountability, and high service quality across the operations team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or supply chain, ideally in fast-paced or tech-enabled environments.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams and building operational processes.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with operational data and performance-driven decision-making.
• Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using digital platforms for logistics or operations.
• Based in Riyadh with knowledge of the local logistics and carrier ecosystem.
