We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and streamline all operational functions across Sales, Service, and Insurance Renewal in our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, operational experience in the auto industry, and be proficient in Google Sheets to manage and track performance, processes, and team productivity.

1.Google Sheets Monitoring & Automation

• Vehicle sales tracking
• Service appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Insurance renewal reminders and conversion reports

2. Service Operations

• Oversee service bookings, vehicle throughput, and workshop capacity utilization
• Ensure timely servicing, customer communication, and feedback collection
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
