Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Kochi

Reports To: Head Operations

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and leading Customer Support, Admin, and Order Processing & Fulfilment (OPF) teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of Customer Support, Admin, and OPF.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage teams; set KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and high satisfaction.
  • Manage administrative functions including office, vendors, and compliance.
  • Supervise end-to-end order processing and fulfilment; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Streamline processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Prepare operational reports and track team performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Business/Operations or related field.
  • Min 8 years in operations management or similar role.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
