Overview:
The Women’s Football Operations Manager oversees all operational and administrative aspects of the Women’s first team, including player contracts and eligibility, training and match logistics, and compliance with SAFF and AFC regulations. The role manages staff, coordinates with coaching and technical teams, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations in line with club policies and budgets.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all Women’s Football Operations
•Ensuring compliance with SAFF Club Licensing standards and successful completion of any related annual audit. This will also include the completion
of any AFC Competition submissions.
•Lead on producing and populating the Women’s 1st team weekly and monthly training schedules. Coordinating with the coaching, performance and technical staff before distributing the schedule to all related staff in a timely manner.
•To deliver the administration of Player signings, Temporary and Permanent Transfers and Player Contracts.
•Ensuring player eligibility at 1st Team and overseeing eligibility criteria for any academy players participating with the women’s 1st Team.
•Ensure 1st team fixture team line ups are checked and submitted to the competition deadlines.
•Ensuring fixture planning and match arrangements are made to the specifications of the relevant competition authorities and the 1st team.
•To lead pre-match arrangements for 1st team squads including pre-match meals, overnight stays, travel and all relevant logistics. This includes ensuring relevant costs are within budget allocated and coordinated with the necessary personnel at the club.
•Responsible for assistance in 1st team match day preparations such as referee/official’s liaison, agreement of kit colors, and staff ticket requests.
•Responsible for overseeing player registrations and holding a full understanding of the rules and regulations surrounding these registrations including training compensation, FIFA minors applications and player release/cancellations.
• Ensuring there is an effective and organized process for training allocation at the club training facilities.
•Line manager the Kit & Equipment Manager to ensure all squads are properly equipped with kit and training equipment
•To work closely with the all Women’s first team football departments by facilitating operations, managing the stadium venue and continuous administration throughout.
•Comply at all times with the obligations placed on the 1st Team and by its participation in the SAFF and AFC Competitions
•Adhere to all applicable Club policies, including Health & Safety, Child Protection and social media, at all times
•Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the Women’s Sporting Director
