Operations Manager

• Oversee daily operations across sales, finance, warehouse, inventory, and logistics departments.
• Manage order processing from e-commerce platforms ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams for product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and stock management.
• Supervise warehouse functions including receiving, packaging, storage, and shipment accuracy.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through stock audits, forecasting, and replenishment planning.
• Monitor sales performance across all online and offline channels and prepare regular reports.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through efficient coordination and execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and courier partners for timely supply and dispatch operations.
• Work with the finance department for cost control, billing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and e-commerce platform requirements.
• Handle customer order or logistics escalations and ensure quick resolution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
