Operations Manager

• Job Summary

looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage security personnel, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all client sites.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all security contracts and client sites in Dubai.
• Manage, train, and supervise security staff, including supervisors and guards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE security laws and regulations, including SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to maintain high operational standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving any operational issues or concerns.
• Support business development with operational planning for new contracts or expansions.
• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security management or operations role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE security regulations, including SIRA.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
• SIRA Manager/Supervisor certification is an advantage.
