Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Management
  • Plan warehouse layouts, product flows, and handling systems to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise all distribution, warehousing, and shipping activities.
  • Forecast warehouse needs, prepare budgets, and manage expenditures.
  • Develop and implement inventory management and stock control processes.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer demand to forecast inventory requirements.
  • Enforce inventory control procedures, including FIFO and proper storage practices.
Production Management
  • Optimize production operations by developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Oversee factory equipment and machinery efficiency.
  • Analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and submit detailed reports to management.
  • Motivate production teams to achieve operational targets.
Fleet Management
  • Develop and manage efficient, cost-effective fleet management strategies.
  • Monitor fleet tracking systems and ensure compliance with company policies and national regulations.
  • Utilize KPIs to optimize supply chain ROI and operational performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in operations, warehouse, production, or supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and production management.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
