Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the full range of our day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing fruit and vegetable supply operations, with strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all operational functions, including warehouse, logistics, and delivery.
• Lead and motivate staff across operations, warehouse, and fleet teams.
• Ensure timely procurement, dispatch, and delivery of fresh produce to clients.
• Monitor vehicle schedules, routes, and maintenance to ensure smooth fleet operations.
• Track daily productivity, attendance, and team performance.
• Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and finance teams for seamless operations.
• Take full ownership of operational outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing fruit and vegetable supply operations (minimum 5 years).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in computer use and report generation (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Well conversed in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage.
• Age above 35 years preferred.
• Flexible with work hours and able to handle operational challenges proactively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
